Background:
“SqmC” Principal Richard Pigott has 20 years in the commercial property industry. Richard graduated from the University of QLD in 1993 (B.Bus in Property Studies) and has since had different roles in Brisbane and Sydney across Valuations, Corporate Real Estate Consulting and Commercial Property and Asset Management for a listed Real Estate Trust before then deciding to specialise in Tenant Advisory in 2009 when he set up Sq.M Consulting.
