New Expansion Lease (Existing Premises)

Lease Renewal
PT Partners lease was due to expire in six months. It had a five year option available
The landlord had advised that, under the option, the rent would increase by 4% with no incentive
PT Partners were happy with the building however wanted to consider other options.
If it did remain at the building a fitout refurbishment would be required

SilverChef’s lease over its 2,844 m2 West End headquarters was due to expire in 10 months.
The Landlord had provided SilverChef with terms for renewal including a marginal rental increase and a demolition notice 18 months into the new term.
